"State Farm reached out after “targeting” was enable when I was looking for car insurance. I decided to go with Allstate. No sooner than I started my policy I received a text message from State Farm stating they could offer a lower rate. I didn’t believe them. However, once I confirmed my existing coverage, I received a quote for $30 less per month. I immediately was interested.
